Moreover, open service applications for Advanced Intelligent Networks (AIN) services and complex intelligent services (effECTive® Network-Based Contact Centers, Televoting, Virtual PBX, Ring Back Tone, Multimedia Advertising, Interactive Multimedia Response, etc.) are ready for use and can be cost effectively and quickly customized or enhanced.
Since the platform runs simultaneously in TDM and IMS networks, carriers can use it to deploy voice services simultaneously in both environments, especially as they move towards LTE. ECT supports you in the network transformation phase with a platform for hybrid networks.
